I use ubuntu-18.40.3 from ubuntu-18.04.2 update for software-updater. these trouble occur same environment.
then I clear install ubuntu-18.04.3 Japanese edition one PC, so bootup purple screen blink not occur. I update to use software-updater, now I use kernel 5.0.0-25. reboot sometimes purple screen blink do not occur.
