I have a very few approaches to fix this. If you have the time. Just do the 
following.
1. Restart your browser
2. If you are using a VPN check that you are not blocked by your anti-virus
3. Change DNS IP To Public DNS
4. Check whether your router is connected to the right power circuit.
There is technically no way the DNS won't be flushed if you try this. You can 
also proceed to flush your DNS using the command prompt.
