Public bug reported:

Move systemd mount unit files from /etc/systemd/system/ to /run/systemd/system/.
/etc/systemd/system/ is for custom system unit files. Use instead e.g.
/run/systemd/system/ for the mount unit files:
snap-core-7270.mount
snap-core-7396.mount
snap-doctl-132.mount
snap-doctl-133.mount
snap-hub-20.mount
snap-hub-21.mount
snap-intellij\x2didea\x2dcommunity-169.mount
snap-intellij\x2didea\x2dcommunity-172.mount
snap-pdftk-9.mount
