How do you shutdown the systemd?

Do you start it from the desktop or via CLI?
If via CLI do you use this command?:
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.login1 
/org/freedesktop/login1 org.freedesktop.login1.Manager.PowerOff boolean:false
