Public bug reported:
after the update on 21/9/19 of pulseaudio to 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.10 I get no
sound and when killing the demon it restarts with the following error -
[pulseaudio] main.c: pa_pid_file_create() failed. Reboot does not
restore sound.
