I can describe that on latest Ubutnu 18.04.3 LTS (Linux local 5.0.0-29-generic #31~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Thu Sep 12 18:29:21 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) that there is following behavior for suspend (on HP Spectre x360 15"). - For Nvidia GPU Prime profile, the reliability of wake-up from suspend seems to be improved with recent updates, however there is issue with power draining and heating of the laptop. - When using the integrated Intel graphic by selecting it in PRIME profiles, the computer come out from suspend reliable, however there is the same issue, that the battery is draining and laptop temperature is becoming high while the laptop is suspended.
