root@albatross:~# apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

compizconfig-settings-manager is already the newest version
(1:0.9.14.0+19.10.20190918-0ubuntu1).
0 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 0 not to upgrade.

I ran 'ccsm', and it loaded a window. I wasn't sure what to do then.

I checked the alt/win key behavior in gnome-tweaks, and it is indeed
disabled.
