Yes, probably. The different package names is a minor usability issue,
but also it's only an issue in a package people generally should not be
installing...

There's a common belief hat "installing the latest graphics driver" will fix 
visible bugs, when actually:
 * in Linux that's practically never true; and
 * the xserver-xorg-video-intel* packages are not the latest but are old and 
deprecated.

I think we owe it to the wider world to find ways to communicate this
better and break those common beliefs.
