I'm trying Ubunto 7.10 live CD with a DWL-G650 (atheros AR5212 chipset) on an intel pentium4.
I just boot the live CD and try to connect to my wifi network which is WEP-encrypted. I have the exact symptoms described in the original post: wasn't this supposed to be fixed???? Should I assume my problem is not due to this bug, or isn't the fixed version of network manager included in the latest ubuntu release?
