Public bug reported: After update installed on Nov 6, 2019, VirtualBox would not start a Virtual machine running Windows 10 professional. Prior to that update, there was no problem. Two, more recent, updates failed to correct the problem. Reinstalling VirtualBox also failed to correct the problem.
