It was 2 apparmor_parser processes that was running, and each having an RSS >1GB (I noticed because it forced my machine into swapping so it got very slow :) I saw it after having installed microk8s (using snap) - so I assumed it was related somehow. I have re-enabled apparmor permanently and if there is anything I can do, to find more info on those two processes are doing - I'll gladly do that..
