It seems that Dropbox developers made the situation even worse with
latest Dropbox 84.4.170 release.

It provides two files with wrong permissions - libdropbox_apex.so,
libdropbox_sqlite_ext.so .

As in previous case, the fix is simple:

```
sudo chmod a+rx 
/var/lib/dropbox/.dropbox-dist/dropbox-lnx.x86_64*/libdropbox_sqlite_ext.so
```
