Thank you for your reply. I upgraded from Ubuntu 19.04 to 19.10 and things began to get wrong. It looks like the update installed MariaDB instead of MYSQL8 and that it was impossible then to remove mysql in order to reinstall it. I wanted to remove mysql, because PHPmyadmin sent error 2002. And trying downgrading failed, too. I don't know if those elements may help.
I loaded a fresh image of Apache2 from Ubuntu website and found that, now, it comes with MariaDB !
