I feel I'm totally lost in the context.

>From the bug description it says "Missing file is iwlwifi-9000-pu-bo-jf-
bo-46.ucode", which has been landed in linux-firmware/bionic in bug
1852512 and will be released soon.

Then BinLi is asking for SRU "iwlwifi-9000-pu-b0-jf-b0-43.ucode", which
has been there since version 1.173.9.

Could you have an update to the latest linux-firmware version, and have
a check if WiFi is still not functioning?

Please also check https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates for SRU
criteria and procedure for more info.
