Just to be clear, you tested the bionic-hwe kernel 5.0.0-37~18.04.1 from bionic -proposed? I have updated the tag, which in the future, can be done by clicking the pencil icon at the Tags: section, at the end of the summary at the top of the page, right before the first comment.
