Within the last 30 minutes the problem seems to have resolved itself for
me when using both Chrome and Firefox.

https://askubuntu.com/questions/1192063/installed-gnome-extensions-page-
empty-ubuntu-19-10 suggests changes in the web page source code caused
the problem.

@Rajkumar, do you now see a list of installed extensions when going to
https://extensions.gnome.org/local/ ?
