I own model NT950SBE, same issue: No sound at headphones and speaker. I
tried Ubuntu and Manjaro with latest kernels - no progress. After
changing Alss-config according to post #6, haedphones are working now.

/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf:
options snd-hda-intel model=mono-speakers

I attach my Realtek dump-file made in Windows. Hope that helps a bit to
get a solution for the problem.
