> I'm also effected by this bug on 18.04.3 (NetworkManager v1.10.14) please note that n-m version 1.10.14 never was released out of Bionic- proposed; instead smaller fixes were used to address specific bugs, and the latest NetworkManager version in Bionic-updates is 1.10.6-2ubuntu1.2. If you have version 1.10.14 installed, you should remove and reinstall it, or simply 'downgrade' it with apt to the latest released version.
