Public bug reported:

I discovered that on Ubuntu 19.10 snaps that have their :x11 interface
disconnected can still talk to X.

To reproduce: snap install firefox && snap disconnect firefox:x11 &&
/snap/bin/firefox

I used xlsclients to verify that firefox is connecting through X11 and
not wayland.
