Public bug reported:

I am running Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3 Tricia on a Lenovo ThinkPad W530
with Nvidia Quadro K2000M / Intel HD 4000 switchable GPU running nvidia
driver 390.116.

After upgrading from 5.0.0.37.95 to 5.3.0.26.95 a second monitor can no
longer be detected.

The Nvidia X Server Settings dialog box no longer lists connected
displays.
