It seems to have been solved after logging in Ubuntu on Wayland.
Now I am on default Ubuntu and nothing is happening anymore.
I continue testing it.

** Description changed:

I cannot work with my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse on Ubuntu
  18.04.3.

It worked normally on Ubuntu 16.04, but now it presents a lot of
  instabilities.

I can move the pointer but cannot click anything. The scroll doesn't
  work too.

When I change the mouse to another one, it works normally.

The instability doesn't shows itself immediately. The mouse works for
some seconds, and then the systems stops to respond to some of its
  commands.

The mouse is working normally in Windows.
