FYI: I'm not sure, but maybe my PC is also affected from the same problem.
Freezing and unresponsive for some Minutes. Then working again for some Minutes.
I did not find any useful in the log-files.
But switch back Kernel from 5.3.0-26 to 5.0.0-37 seems to fix this.
