OK, before leaving to the office i did what you said, sudo killall NetworkManager sudo modprobe -r ipw3945 sudo modprobe ipw3945 sudo NetworkManager
Then i started loggin tail -n0 -f /var/log/syslog > /tmp/syslog walked 4 block with my laptop powered on (no suspend no, hibernate) When i got to the office the only network on the list was my home network (called "dd-wrt") so i clicked on it several times and NM asked me for the password several times. After that i rebooted as my office network (called "linksys") was not showing, after the reboot NM is working again. I attached the syslog file.
