Quite strange... I can confirm that the bug is fixed for me in Xorg session in Focal with regular upgrades and in Eoan after updgrade with proposed enabled. Version of mutter in Eoan is 3.34.3-1ubuntu1~19.10.1 Is there any useful information I can provide?
