I experienced same situation another PC having GT218(Geforce 210). I use linux-5.3.0-28. then I update NVIDIA driver to use software-updater that is recommened nvidia-340(340.107), may work fine. Do ubuntu-18.04 recomened to use NVIDIA-driver?
