Public bug reported:
Upon loading the program reports that constants.xml is missing and
closes. When constants.xml is manually placed in home folder (file
downloaded from the github), the program reports presets are missing.
When presets.xml is manually placed in the home folder (file downloaded
from github), the program runs.
Using Ubuntu 19.10
