Public bug reported: The snapd package version 2.44~pre1+20.04 on latest Ubuntu 20.04 hangs during upgrade, breaking the upgrade process.
This is printed on stdout before it hangs forever: snapd.failure.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it. snapd.snap-repair.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.
