ubuntu-mate 19.10 , 64 bit, no updates installed. i have changed panels and applets, and do not know whether it made high cpu before the changes. i can put the old settings, "familiar", but then it still uses high cpu. there are some errors in .xsession-errors. i think i cannot use apport because i have not configured network on that machine yet.
