During upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 internet connection remained OK
After reboot there 'seemed' tot be no internet connection, but:
* ping -4 reached only the nearest router-modem

In Network Manager all connection (wired and wifi) were manually removed.
PC on an other (new) location could now ping IPv4-numbers, no webnames.

As soon as the name is added in the file /etc/hosts
that website can be reached in a web browser.

Question: is the upgrade to 18.04 doing something with DNS ?
