Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: cyrus-imapd-2.2

/etc/cyrus.conf contains:

        #lmtp            cmd="lmtpd" listen="localhost:lmtp" prefork=0
maxchild=20

Commenting in this line doesn't make lmtpd listen on any TCP socket
though. The problem is that the system doesn't know the 'lmtp' service
because /etc/services contains no entry for it.

The config file either should use a port number (2003 usually) or
/etc/services should get an "lmtp 2003/tcp" entry.
