Plymouth boot loader starts with a spinner for 6 revolutions then completely Black Screen. Until eventually the Ubuntu OS is loaded. This is an occurrence on Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 19.10 & Ubuntu 20.04. All of the Plymouth Boot loaders start with the Splash screen for a few seconds and go to a Black Screen during to Boot Process. I am hopeful that this will be changed or fixed at the conveniences of the developers. This problem has been around for more than one year. This should be put on a low priority.
