Public bug reported:

Decided to risk the new Beta in an attempt to escape the sound issues
with 19.10

Entered in terminal:
sudo do-release-upgrade -d

Got to the option to show the list of packaged which will be removed.
Selected to view what is being removed.
Stuck on this:

~
~
~
~
~
~
~
~
(END)

Nothing I press gets me past this.

Currently stuck with an incomplete upgrade.
