Not sure if it was intentional, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me that "gnome-shell-extension-prefs" package was removed for 20.04/Gnome Shell 3.36. It is required to access the extensions dialog of any extension, is present in other distros, and was present in prior versions of Ubuntu, out of the box.
