i'm also have a bug with my universal usb-c dock ASUS AH001-1A and it's affect only ASUS notebook. i tested Dell XPS 13 9360 with installed Ubuntu 19.04, all works fine Power - OK HDMI - OK Sound Device - OK USB Mouuse and keyboard - OK
