Public bug reported:

openjdk-14 has a much shorter life time than the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
release. Therefore we should be able to remove it once it's not
supported anymore, and maybe replace it with openjdk-15 and-16.  This
issue should be standing SRU for these openjdk versions, before we
remove openjdk-14 from the release pocket.
