I've fixed the Discord issue. Turns out it constantly tries to scan for other applications so it can show what game you are playing. I'll reboot and give it a try though.
I have noticed that after trying to launch LibreOffice my system memory usages goes crazy. At the desktop after a reboot my system is using 11% (3.5GB) or memory. After running LibreOffice it jumps to 62% (19 GB).
