looks good, but can you please provide checksum of vmlinux and initrd.gz used in that test? It looks like you are using d-i vmlinux&initrd.gz, and not the subiquity /casper/vmlinux & /casper/initrd.gz as per Frank's instructions from inside the loopmoutned iso.
