Public bug reported:

I'm using Lenovo S410p Touch.
I have installed 16.04 with no problems for the past years. However, i chose to
update to version 19.10 and had a fresh install.

However, upon install and reboot, the laptop directly boots to Ubuntu without
any splashcreen of Grub.
Here are the following things i have done so far.

1. Use boot-repair in the installed ubuntu. Did not work.
2. Use grub customizer app in the installed ubuntu targeting the root
partition. Did not work.
3. Use boot-repair and grub customizer app via live cd and targeting the root
partition. Did not work.
4. I can only go to Windows via Bios since i have a separate windows boot.
5. I Use EasyUEFI via windows. Boot still either not function or change boot
order via BIOS.
6. I also tried to copy the grub.cfg and edit it manually. It will work for
windows installation but not with the ubuntu installation.

The only thing that worked is when i reinstalled a different version.
Now i installed 18.04 LTS. It is working perfectly.

** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
