Public bug reported:

The utilities folder is labeled as "X-GNOME-Utilities.directory" on
latest Ubuntu 20.04. This is caused by a regression in latest gnome-
shell (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/2623) and fix
for this regression is already available: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME
/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/1196

Please, fix this issue downstream before Ubuntu 20.04 is released.
Otherwise it will look bad, unprofessional and be confusing to users.
