This bug is very easy to reproduce, especially with default X session

- Open gnome-tweaks
- Window Titlebar -> Placement: Left
- Relaunch few times until you see black Window Titlebar with missing buttons. 
If you try to resize window buttons will re-appear

With Wayland session this bug is slightly different. After you restart
gnome-tweaks with left-aligned titlebar buttons visually everything is
correct. But if you try to select something on the sidebar window will
start to flicker. Again, resize also helps here.
