Public bug reported: dh-kpatches depends on nowebm which is no longer built from source noweb since it is an obsolete transitional package.
dh-kpatches fails to build from source because it needs to adapt to the latest gtk-doc. dh-kpatches was removed from Debian Testing, but hasn't been removed from Debian Unstable yet.
