Public bug reported: GNOME Contacts on Ubuntu 20.04 can't get past welcome screen and is basically not working at all. This is caused by a regression that was already fixed upstream, but did not yet make it into Ubuntu.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use latest, fully updated Ubuntu 20.04 Beta. 2. Install GNOME Contacts. 3. Launch "Contacts" from Shell Overview. 3. Click on "Local Address Book", then click on "Done". Actual results: GNOME Contacts can't get past welcome screen. Expected results: GNOME Contacts can get past welcome screen.
