Public bug reported:

The filesystem integrity is now checked on boot of the installation
medium. The user has the possibility to skip it or it may fail in which
case a message is displayed briefly during the boot.

Ubiquity should show this information on the first page of the installer to the
user with 2 cases:
1. Integrity check has been skipped: Explain that it has not been performed and
installation may fail due to a corrupted media. The user can proceed with the
installation.
2. Integrity check failed: Report it to the user, propose a solution like
re-creating the installation media, the only action available is to quit the
installer. The user may still use the live session.
