Hello!

I filed the bug report and then rolled back to 19.10 via TimeShift. The
computer had too much lag and freezes to be functional in the work I need
to do.
But I'll try to upgrade and set wayland as displayserver to see if that
helps. If it helps I'll report back to you that I'm confident that it is
the Xorg server and
a driver issue in the kernel.
