Hi Ted! I'd upgraded from 19.10 myself.
I haven't heard of any response, and while I tried to research the problem (I have a fair set of tech chops) I got lost in the weeds as to even which subsystem in particular I should be reporting it under, much less what steps I could take to put some more technical meat on the bones of this issue. I've since gone over to Elementary for the moment (and probably for the long haul.
