There is no directory 'Pictures' (or a similar named directory in my
locale) in the home directory.

Here's the .config/user-dirs.dir:
XDG_DESKTOP_DIR="$HOME/Schreibtisch"
XDG_DOWNLOAD_DIR="$HOME/Downloads"

Screenshots were saved to $HOME in the past, not a 'Pictures' a
directory.

We really do not want to add a Pictures directory, because we want to
encourage our users to save their files on their smb-mounted home on our
server.

How can we change the path where the Screenshots get saved?
