hi,
Audacious 1.4 in Hardy (Alpha1 even) doesn't use that plugin anymore,
but instead uses one based on libcdio which doesn't require mounting.
Thanks for reporting this bug though.

audacious audio cd plugin has default path for cdrom mounting set to /mnt/cdrom
instead of /media/cdrom
