Your log files indicate that you were trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04
LTS (I don't know what the bug title is about). The upgrade failed due
to an issue communicating with the mirror of the Ubuntu archive which
you use. You might try the upgrade again or switch to a different mirror
of the archive. From VarLogDistupgradeMain.log:
