I am seeing similar behavior with Google Chrome and Brave on both Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) and 20.04 (focal). I dropped a comment on [bug #456613](https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eclipse/+bug/456613) since that one is marked "confirmed" and this one is marked "invalid" (correctly so due to missing details). But wanted to leave a trail for anyone else who may end up here.
