I was looking for a solution to an unrelated problem, where in the tray it looked like my widgets were locked like I was used to from Plasma in 19.10, but I could still add widgets etc. So my search landed me on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMVsKEiQvO4
I figured that hey maybe the issues are related, so I first issued: qdbus org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell evaluateScript "lockCorona(false)" And then since I actually do want my widgets locked I ran: qdbus org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell evaluateScript "lockCorona(true)" Now, after setting my wallpaper and logging back in, now it stays saved. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1876613 Title: Wallpaper not retained between reboots To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma-desktop/+bug/1876613/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
